Cover Supervisors & Functional Skills Teachers Wanted – Scarborough

Are you ready to inspire and support students in their education journey? We are looking for passionate and adaptable individuals to join our supply pool as Cover Supervisors and Functional Skills teachers, working with schools across Scarborough.

No formal qualifications? No problem! While qualifications are not required, experience working with children or young people is essential. Whether you’ve worked in schools, youth groups, coaching, or similar roles, we want to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For:

• Confident individuals with experience leading groups of students or delivering sessions (e.g., teaching, coaching, or youth work).
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• The ability to adapt to different school environments and deliver a variety of subjects.
• For Functional Skills teachers, experience supporting Maths, English, or vocational skills is desirable.
• Driving is desirable to help you access a wider range of schools and opportunities.
