A well-established business based in Scarborough is looking for a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role offers a competitive salary of £65,000, along with additional benefits.

As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Managing month-end and year-end financial processes.
• Providing strategic financial guidance to senior leadership.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Leading and mentoring a finance team to enhance performance.
• Collaborating with external auditors and stakeholders.
• Driving process improvements and financial efficiencies.

To be successful in this Finance Manager role, you will ideally have:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
