FLT Driver

Castle Employment Group are working in partnership with a Scarborough based company, we are looking for an experienced FLT Counter balance driver. This role offers a very competitive salary of £34,707 per year and will be on a 3 shift pattern. the shifts will be: 

 A well-established logistics company is seeking to recruit a Forklift Truck Driver to join their Despatch team. The company operates Despatch, Goods In, and Transport services for a major manufacturing site in Scarborough.

About the Role:
We are looking for proactive candidates with an organised approach to tasks, who can collaborate effectively with colleagues. Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn are key to success in this role.

Requirements:

• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment (experience in print/packaging or labelling industries is advantageous).
• Ability to work a rotating 3-shift pattern:
  • Week 1: 6am – 2pm
  • Week 2: 2pm – 10pm
  • Week 3: 10pm – 6am
• Strong focus on Health & Safety, Quality, and Efficiency.
• Valid Forklift Truck licences.
• Basic computer literacy is desirable.

You should be comfortable multi-tasking and willing to support various areas within Transport & Despatch once fully trained. The ability to work both within a team and independently is essential.
