Production Operative

Job Description

A small company in Eastfield with a family feel are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail to join their quality and packaging team! 

As a Quality and Production Operative, you will be responsible for:

• Strict quality checks on products including weight checks, product defect checks, and product quantity checks
• Complying with the company's strict operating procedures
• Packaging products ready for dispatch
• Occasionally operating machinery

The perfect candidate will have:

• Excellent eye for detail
• The ability to work on their own, and as part of a team
• Will be organised and methodical
• Previous experience in a quality role (desirable)

This company prides itself on its high standards of quality, and therefore the right candidate must have an eye for detail and very good organisational skills.

As a quality and production operative, you will be on a 30 hour annualised hours contract, with shifts varying Monday to Friday depending on production needs. NO WEEKENDS.
