Salary: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour

Hours: 30 hours per week (with potential for more in the summer season)

About the Role:

As a Team Leader, you’ll help oversee daily operations, ensuring great service and smooth running of the venue. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hospitality leadership experience who thrives in a lively, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead and motivate the team to deliver top-quality service
✅ Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing duties
✅ Support staff training and development
✅ Assist with stock control, ordering, and cash handling
✅ Ensure compliance with food safety, licensing, and health & safety regulations
✅ Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for customers

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within hospitality
✔️ A hands-on, proactive approach with strong leadership skills
✔️ Excellent customer service and communication abilities
