Salary: £83 - £95 per day

Are you passionate about supporting young learners and gaining valuable experience in an educational setting?

We are currently looking for enthusiastic Unqualified Teaching Assistants to join our supply pool. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to develop their skills in a school environment while making a positive impact on students’ learning experiences. or this role, while formal qualifications aren’t required, we do ask that applicants have some experience working with children. This could be in any capacity where you've supported or engaged with young people—such as volunteering as a scout leader, youth group assistant, sports coach, or similar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in the delivery of lessons and classroom activities.
• Assist with the preparation and organisation of learning materials.
• Work with students in small groups or one-on-one to enhance their understanding of the curriculum.
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Contribute to the supervision of students during breaks and activities.

Essential Criteria:

• Some experience working with children, such as volunteering as a scout leader, youth group assistant, sports coach, or similar roles.
• A genuine interest in education and a desire to support students in their learning.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with young people.
• A positive attitude, patience, and resilience.

Desirable Criteria:

• Knowledge of basic safeguarding practices.
• Willingness to learn and undertake professional development opportunities.
